4 x 40m accelerations

1x4mins - Zone 3b: Half Marathon 2x3mins - Zone 5: Interval/10km 3x2mins - Zone 5a: Interval/5km 4x1min - Zone 6: Repetition

All with 1min jog recovery between each repetition.

If you're unsure of your pace, please drop me a message beforehand...

Keep in mind that intervals should not be performed all-out. This means that it should feel difficult, but you shouldn’t be sprinting. The point of these workouts is to be able to do multiple intervals, not crash and burn after the first couple.
