Come and join the after-work interval session starting at Gate D of the Optus Stadium (opposite The Camfield) - A slightly different session each week, this is open to all TSRC coached athletes, all TS Run Club active members and TS Run Club casual pass holders. The session caters to runners of all (adult) ages and abilities
