Session Type: VO2 Max Workout
Description: A structured VO2 session that changes week-to-week. Lots of fun and everyone is welcome - members and non-members alike.
*COST: $10 pp - includes club members. Covers exclusive track usage, and toilet/change facilities.

Wednesdays - Bell Tower group run
Time: 6am (be there and ready to run)
Meeting Point: Perth Bell Tower next to the drink fountain.
Closest Toilets: Behind the Bell Tower (see map)
Session Type: Social run
Description: A nice casual social run around the Swan River, breaking into similar pace groups as needed. Everyone is welcome and nobody is too slow!
